The Cleveland Cavaliers will take on the Golden State Warriors in Game 6 of the NBA Finals tonight at Quicken Loans Arena, and before the game, ESPN’s Lindsay Czarniak asked J.R. Smith’s daughter about what it’s like to watch her dad play in The Finals.

“I’m just proud of him because he made the championship without getting kicked off the team”:

Welp.

J.R. certainly is a unique personality and has been involved in some notable off-the-court incidents over the years, but interesting — and quite hilarious — that something apparently sparked this comment from his daughter.

UPDATE: J.R. Smith appeared on SC with SVP after the game, and couldn’t stop laughing about his daughter’s comment.
