Kanye West makes music, he makes sneakers, he makes clothes and now he apparently hopes to make mascots.

Like everyone else in America, Kanye is kind of freaked out by the Los Angeles Clippers’ new mascot, Chuck the Condor. Unlike everyone else in America, Kanye is willing to not only call out L.A. owner Steve Ballmer but also to do something about it.

Ballmer is at least willing to hear Kanye out by inviting him to a Clippers game to have a chat about things.

Kanye’s tweets have been kind of a roller-coaster over the last month, with hits and misses, but we can probably all get behind this one.  Because this guy is pretty creepy.

But credit to Chuck, he had a pretty clever response, alluding to Kanye’s recent song, I love Kanye.

The minds behind Chuck the Condor actually seem to be using a very Kanye-esque argument to defend their creation.

Here was Kanye in “Bring Me Down,” in 2005:

Everybody feel a way about K but at least y’all feel something

Here was Kanye in “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1,” in 2016:

Everybody gon’ say something
I’d be worried if they said nothing

And here’s Jason Klein, one of Chuck’s developers, speaking to ESPN in 2016:

“People ask us, ‘Isn’t it the worst when people hate something you’ve come up with?’ and we say, ‘No, the worst thing is when they’re apathetic about it,'” said Klein, who served as “Big Al,” Alabama’s mascot, from 2000 to 2001 while he was in school. “That’s the worst. Name the last mascot that was unveiled and broke the Internet. … We create mascots that can’t be ignored.

Kanye’s got to respect that.
