We officially have our Melania Trump of 2017. His name is Lance Stephenson.

On Tuesday, Stephenson posted a quote on Instagram with his name attached to it. While the words are nice and inspiring, there’s only one problem: Michael Jordan came up with that quote, not Stephenson.

The former Indiana Pacers standout has had a rough go of it recently. He’s been bouncing between a number of teams. He recently signed a 10-day deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, but won’t likely be resigned after an ankle injury.

But while Stephenson’s circumstances are tough, he has been a dunderhead on social media before. Here’s one example.

For Stephenson’s sake, he should probably relax on the social media posts. His livelihood as a basketball player might be depending on it.
