The Toronto Raptors evened up their series against the Cleveland Cavaliers with a gritty win in Game 2 on Sunday afternoon. Despite shooting just 32% from the field on the day, the Raptors’ physicality proved too much for Cleveland to deal with.
However, the NBA released the game’s Last Two Minute Report on Monday, and it was revealed that the game officials made several mistakes late in the game, some of which benefitted the Raptors.
“The NBA says there were 7 incorrect calls made in the final two minutes of the atrocious Cavaliers-Raptors game yesterday. Three calls would have gone in favor of Cleveland, four in favor of Toronto,” reported Brett Siegel on Monday.

Fans reacted to the news on social media.
“What was atrocious about this game? Raptors fans would say it was the best game of the season. Try being objective Brett,” one fan responded.
“It was actually an amazing game. Not sure what you’re talking about. It was a grindy defensive battle and the better team came out on top,” someone else added.
“Just looked at the report. Most of this is never getting called. There’s a defensive 3 seconds in there, they said harden should have been called with an offensive foul on the shead flop. And a random away from the ball foul,” another fan added.
It’ll be interesting how if the crew for Wednesday’s Game 5 calls a cleaner game.
