The “ankle-breaking” basketball moves — usually crossovers — are always fun to watch, but they’re typically from guards and forwards- not centers.

Well, Charlotte Hornets big man Mason Plumlee pulled out a shocking ankle-breaking, soul-crushing move on the Toronto Raptors’ Khem Birch on Friday night. And Plumlee finished the play with a powerful jam.

Check out this nasty play from the 6’11” center:

The always excited Eric Collins of Bally Sports Southeast: “LOOK AT MASON PLUMLEE JUST DESTROY BIRCH!”

That summarizes how the game went. Charlotte annihilated Toronto 125-93, and Plumlee was 4-of-4 from the field with eight points and 10 rebounds.
