Complaints on Facebook about the price of a basketball camp run by James Harden led to four men allegedly attacking the son of Moses Malone.

Four men are currently on the run in the Houston area after being charged for their respective connections to an incident that saw Moses Malone Jr. attacked at a night club. According to a legal representative of Malone Jr., the men did not take kindly to comments made by his client on Facebook focusing on the $250 charge for a basketball camp run by the Houston Rockets star. It is the claim of Malone Jr. that one of the men involved in the attack is a close friend of Harden, although that has been unconfirmed at this time.

According to a report from KTRK, Malone Jr. began receiving replies about his criticism of Harden’s basketball camp price including text messages. A day later is when he was attacked and robbed.

In the post, Malone Jr. was critical of the cost of the camp. After posting that, he says he started getting text messages including one that Malone Jr. claims is from someone close to Harden.

“Mr. Malone did receive some texts from close friends of Mr. Harden stating, ‘Why did you do that?'”

A day after the post, Malone Jr. says a group of people with guns beat him and robbed him, taking $15,000 of jewelry.

Police have charged four men, including one who allegedly worked security at the club (the club denies any employee has been charged with a crime), for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon (a gun).

Harden has not been charged and there is no indication he has any connection to the incident. It is unknown if Harden was anywhere near the scene of the incident in question. All four who have been charged were not in custody as of late last night.
