It was raining threes in Dallas as the Lakers and Mavericks squared off Wednesday night. Even without Luka Doncic, the Mavs held tough against the Lakers but LA hung on to win 107-104 in overtime. Wayne Ellington forced OT with a clutch three with two seconds left in regulation but that would only be a preview of what was to come.
In the final minute of OT, it was nothing but three point shooting. Tim Hardaway Jr. drained a three to put the Mavs level but Russell Westbrook answered with a three of his own to put the Lakers back ahead. Maxi Kleber then hit a bank shot three to tie things up but Austin Reaves pulled up in the final second to drain the winning three and seal a Lakers victory.
