Down under in New Zealand there is a tattoo artist whose name is Steve Butcher. The artist is a self proclaimed “NBA nut” and his work proves it.
Butcher does anything and everything from skeletons to Spiderman to Michael Jordan celebrating a three-peat.
Just look at the detail in the sweat dripping down the side of Kobe Bryant’s face.

Here’s the before and after process of Butcher tracing a tattoo and then finishing it off.
Before.
After.
Finished this #michaeljordan today while watching the devastating loss OKC received from the Mavs, it was soo close! Here are a few recent NBA moments we’d like to see Butcher do next:
1. Steph Curry against the world. Take a picture of almost any Curry three and there will be two defenders trying to block him.
2. A tribute to the incredible careers of Kobe Bryant and Craig Sager.
3. Any picture of Mike Conley simply because he is somehow the highest paid NBA player (right now).

4. Finally, this incredible picture of LeBron and the NBA Finals trophy.
