Minnesota Timberwolves guard Patrick Beverley showed off some extremely impressive multi-tasking during Friday night’s game vs the Los Angeles Lakers.
Less than a minute into the game, referee Jonathan Sterling ran into a man that was walking along the sideline. Sterling fell to the ground, and he received some help getting up from the player that was dribbling.
Beverley was in the process of setting up a play for the Timberwolves in the backcourt, when he noticed that Sterling was on the ground. The point guard then redirected his dribble and ran over to help Sterling up from the ground, all while maintaining his dribble.

That’s a hilarious sequence, and a very considerate move by Beverley.
It was also close to an eight-second violation, but the refs couldn’t have called it after his gesture, right?
