The No. 9 North Carolina lost to Miami on Saturday, in a 77-62 blowout upset. It was the Tar Heels’ first loss since December and their most lopsided defeat of the season.

This did not please coach Roy Williams, who picked up a chair along the sideline and threw it to the ground in an almost Bobby Knight-like act of frustration toward furniture.

Though most of us can’t quite relate to a grown man abusing a chair on national television,  Oklahoma City Thunder big man Enes Kanter can. Kanter is out six to eight weeks after breaking his arm punching a chair last week.

Kanter commiserated with Williams on Saturday, tweeting out a video of the coach’s incident with an amusing caption.

Come on guys, it’s not the chairs’ fault your teams are losing!
