The last time we saw LeBron James, he was embarrassing Andre Iguodala with a ridiculous chase-down block that helped seal the 2015-16 NBA title for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
James has sat through a long summer since then, but he hasn’t lost his ability to make dudes look foolish by running up behind them in transition and pinning their shots against the backboard.
Behold this block on the Washington Wizards’ Kelly Oubre:

In case you’re wondering how this block compares to the one on Iguodala…
Well, LeBron is picking up right where he left off. https://t.co/6aJpHQ9SDN

Ok yeah, so this time LeBron didn’t quite come soaring out of nowhere, but it’s only the preseason, so give the guy a break.
The chase-down block was already one of LeBron’s marquee plays before the NBA Finals against Golden State, but now it’s legendary.
If The King is already in midseason form with his transition blocks, the rest of the NBA had better look out.
