Joakim Noah hasn’t even played a single regular-season game in a New York Knicks uniform, but he is already feeling the heat of the rivalry between the cities of New York and Boston.

That’s because one young Celtics fan gave him the business about his ridiculously awful shooting form on Thursday night.

With the Celtics down in the fourth quarter and Noah on the bench, the young man took it right to Noah about his shooting form.

Let’s all take a moment to remember the big man air-balling a jumper this past season shall we:

Seriously, an NBA player shoots like that on purpose?

Then again, it has worked well enough for Noah to have a long NBA career. It also worked well enough in this exhibition game to allow the Knicks to pull out a 121-96 victory over the Celtics in Boston.

Noah, a big man who finds his points near the basket mostly, has a career shooting percentage of .490, while never attempting a single three-pointer in his nine-year career.

Instead of yelling at the kid, perhaps Noah should make the smart move and hire him as his shooting coach. After all, the kid clearly knows what good basketball shooting form looks like, right?
