The Golden State Warriors have now released a statement responding to Trump’s tweet, saying that they “accept that President Trump has made it clear that we are not invited.”
They added that they will still visit Washington D.C. “to celebrate equality, diversity and inclusion – the values that we embrace as an organization.”
