Given how miserable things have been for the Philadelphia 76ers over the last several years, it has to be hard to really embarrass them much more at this point; they’re used to it.

However, Minnesota Timberwolves second-year superstar Karl-Anthony Towns probably managed to make the Sixers feel a bit worse, thanks to an absolutely ridiculous play he put on Joel Embiid and company with Minnesota already up 25 points.

This is just mean, KAT:

Pass fake, pivot, stepback. Shot fake, pass fake, drive fake. Shot fake… and then blowing right by Joel Embiid, before throwing down an insane posterizing dunk on Sixers rookie Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot. Just an amazing play showing off KAT’s remarkable talents.

And KAT wasn’t done dunking. Check out this pick and roll, alley-oop dunk he threw down in the fourth quarter:

The seven-footer finished with 25 points on 12-of-18 shooting from the field. His teammate Andrew Wiggins also went off, scoring 35 points in the Sixers’ 110-86 win.
