After spending the better part of the last 15 years breaking hearts with poor front office decisions and early playoff exits, the New York Knicks melted hearts on Wednesday.
During Wednesday’s game against the Brooklyn Nets, the Knicks surprised U.S. army veteran Luciano Yulfo with the gift of a service dog as part of the NBA’s “Hoops for Troops”program, after the retired sergeant had spent 18 months on the waiting list.
