Turning 21 is always a big deal, and Alabama pitcher Montana Fouts made it a *really* special birthday for herself on Friday night.

Fouts threw a perfect game — with 14 strikeouts in seven innings — to take down the UCLA Bruins 6-0 in the Women’s College World Series.

It’s the first perfect game in the WCWS since 2000, and Fouts is just the fifth pitcher to ever throw a perfect game in the WCWS.

21 up, 21 down, on her 21st birthday, for the first WCWS perfect game in 21 years. That should make for an amazing birthday celebration.
