This was actually Arizona State’s first win of the season; they entered the night 0-2.
As for Arizona, well, yikes. They end the season with an 0-5 record, and took things to another level of awful on Friday night. Head coach Kevin Sumlin is officially on the hot seat, if he wasn’t already.
This was the case before the Territorial Cup bloodbath, but all the more now: Kevin Sumlin is running out of rope in Tucson. Stay tuned.

I know there are 7.5 million reasons why Arizona won't make a coaching change, but hard to see how you can go forward with this trajectory.

But the Sun Devils’ dominating performance surely made head coach Herm “Hello? You play to win the game!” Edwards quite happy.
