Bet you probably thought you’d never see the Alabama Crimson Tide and Auburn Tigers working together. However, that’s exactly what happened in the world of college softball on Friday.

The Tigers and Crimson Tide needed to bide some time during a rain delay that dampened the mood in Tuscaloosa. So the teams decided to pep themselves up and danced on the field during the extended break!

Auburn’s Softball account posted the dance, calling it “Rain Delay Entertainment.” It most certainly was for them and many others!

The two sides came together for a hilarious choreographed dance that drew significant attention on Twitter. Auburn’s post went viral and accumulated nearly 90,000 views as of writing.

Several reacted to the hilarious video.

“The war is over. We might as well become one school,” said one Alabama fan.

The Mega Powers may well have united, as another Twitter user alluded to.

“You mean Auburn and Alabama can have fun?” Andy Huling asks. Apparently so!

“Absolutely not,” War Blogle said, refuting this union!

“WE LOVE IT WHEN THE KIDS HAVE FUN (and stay loose during weather delays),” an Auburn fan tweeted.

As for the game itself, you ask? The game was postponed due to the rain. On Saturday, the teams will line up for a doubleheader to keep themselves honest and the rivalry going. But for one night, tensions were cool in Alabama.
