Today has been a ridiculous day in college basketball, with Utah State and Belmont clinching NCAA Tournament berths via ridiculous late shots, Obi Toppin doing Obi Toppin things all over the place in Dayton, and Indiana’s Archie Miller telling Joe Lunardi to go back to his trash can while comparing bracketology to Sesame Street.

The day isn’t over yet, though, and Butler and Xavier played a fairly thrilling Big East contest themselves in Cincinnati. Xavier looked to perhaps have it won after Naji Marshall converted an and-1 with eight seconds remaining to put Xavier on top 71-69. Then, though, Butler star Kamar Baldwin did what he’s done most of the season.

Just absolutely ridiculous. It’s not Baldwin’s game-winner of the season, or even of 2020. In February, he took down Villanova at Hinkle Fieldhouse in memorable fashion, too:

What a season. The Big East tournament is going to be a lot of fun as always, and Butler is going to be a tough team to beat in March, also as always.
