The Kansas Jayhawks went into Austin as 31-point underdogs and took down the Texas Longhorns 57-56 in overtime.

It was a wild, wild game, and appropriately finished on a crazy play.

After Kansas running back Devin Neal got his third touchdown of the game, Jayhawks head coach Lance Leipold decided to go for the win on the road while trailing 56-55 in overtime.

Kansas quarterback Jalon Daniels stepped back to throw, and had to scramble as he faced pressure from three Longhorns defenders. While on the run, Daniels made a perfect pass to Jared Casey for a walk-off two-point conversion (the 23-second mark is very funny here with Casey too):

And here’s how it sounded on the radio calls for each school:

Kansas actually led this game 42-21 in the third quarter, but the Longhorns got a touchdown with 22 seconds left in regulation to send the game to overtime.

But the Jayhawks were able to still pull off the upset in a significant win for the program. And on the other side, it’s a brutal loss for the Texas football program.

Here’s a look at how the college football world is reacting to the Kansas win:
