The second edition of the 2021 College Football Playoff rankings were released Tuesday night on ESPN (you can see the initial CFP rankings here).

Georgia (1) and Alabama (2) remain in the top-two, but Michigan State falls from No. 3 to No. 7 after losing to Purdue.

Oregon moves up No. 4 to No. 3, and Ohio State moves up from No. 5 to No. 4.

Cincinnati moves up from No. 6 to No. 5 after narrowly avoiding disaster vs Tulsa.

Michigan is ranked sixth while Michigan State is ranked seventh, despite the Spartans beating the Wolverines two weeks ago.
