Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh is known for his loudness, but even this caught some reporters by surprise. During Big Ten Media Day, Harbaugh was explaining to reporters how loud he needs his quarterbacks to be on the field during the season. To make sure the point got across, he gave an apt demonstration of quarterback calls at full volume.

He yelled:
“Ohhh! Be loud! Blue 80! Blue 80!”
Fresh off an overseas trip with the team, Harbaugh was also the only Big Ten coach who didn’t wear a suit to media day.

Harbaugh, only coach who didn't wear a suit, said, "I packed light. I packed a toothbrush and a good attitude."

We’ll see if quarterback Wilton Speight can be loud enough for Harbaugh. He’s the frontrunner for the starting job after throwing for 2,538 yards and 18 touchdowns last season. However, according to MLive, senior John O’Korn and redshirt freshman Brandon Peters are holding their own in the conversation.
