There are a lot of reasons college football fans are going to miss Lee Corso when he’s no longer a part of ESPN’s College Gameday Crew. You can add “the time he spiked a fish like a football” to the list.

College GameDay was in Seattle on Saturday for the Pac-12 game between the No. 4 Washington Huskies and USC Trojans. UW alum Joel McHale was on hand to help out and even took some time to roast Corso while sitting next to him.

Later on, in honor of the fish tossing that goes on at Pike Place Market nearby, Corso was thrown a large salmon, caught it, and decided to do the only thing one can do in his situation. He spiked the heck out of it.
