Well, now I’ve got to step up my Mother’s Day game. One week after going No. 4 in the NFL Draft, new Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette bought his mom a Mercedes.

Fournette has not signed his rookie contract yet, but he’s projected to net a $27 million deal with an $18 signing bonus. So he’ll be fine dropping $110,000 on a new car.

Fournette missed an opportunity to buy his mom a Jaguar because, you know, that’s the team he plays for now. Ironically, that was the vehicle of choice for Texans draft pick Deshaun Watson when he bought his mom a car last weekend.

It’s not a surprise to see Fournette treating his family well with his new fame and fortune. Here’s what he told Rolling Stone‘s Jason Diamond prior to on draft day:

When I ask [Fournette] what he wants to come away with today, he looks over at his mother, Lory, and says, “I just want to see my family happy.”
