The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are off to the national championship game after a thrilling win over Michigan in the Frozen Four on Thursday night.

Notre Dame senior captain Jake Evans was the hero, scoring the game-winner with just 3.7 seconds remaining in regulation.

And this means Notre Dame is going for their third national title in 13 days. Incredible.

The Fighting Irish will try to win their first hockey national title when they take on Minnesota Duluth on Saturday in Saint Paul.
