Big Ten basketball has been good, but not great during the 2016-2017 season. More than halfway through January, the Big Ten only has three ranked teams: #17 Wisconsin, #21 Purdue, and #25 Maryland. That’s right Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, and Indiana all aren’t ranked.
However on Wednesday night, Ohio State and Indiana took it into their own hands to make the Big Ten Great Again.
With 1.9 seconds Pinnacle Bank Arena, Lincoln, Nebraska, the Buckeyes trailed the Nebraska 66-65 with the ball.
Less than two seconds later, Ohio State led 67-66:
Naturally, Twitter went crazy.

Did not expect Ohio State's basketball team to put score Ohio State's football team against Nebraska. Pleasant surprise.

Ohio State is really bad at basketball this season but at least Nebraska is worse.

After the game, Head Coach Thad Matta was pretty happy:

This all came shortly after Indiana beat Penn State on a buzzer-beater as well.
