While the Selection Show is still eight days away, we already have a ticket punched to the NCAA Tournament.
The Murray State Racers are going dancing, after taking down Belmont in the Ohio Valley Conference Championship on Saturday night in Evansville.
Murray State is 26-5 (16-2 in conference play), and currently has the nation’s longest winning streak at 13 games. The Racers are led by senior stars Jonathan Stark 24 points tonight; 21.7 per game) and Terrell Miller Jr. (14.8 points, 8.3 rebounds per game), and terrific freshman guard Ja Morant (12.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, 6.5 assists).
Matt McMahon’s squad has all the makings of a potential Cinderella, and are certainly a team that nobody wants to face in the first round.

Congrats Murray State! Headed to the NCAA again….going to be a dangerous 13 seed or so

First team Dancing: Murray State, which wins the OVC tournament over Belmont. Wait until the general public gets a look at Racers post man Terrell Miller: he's 6-8, 245, shoots threes, inhales defensive rebounds and has more hair than any man in college basketball.

Whichever team draws Murray State, good luck. 13 straight wins, some close calls vs. Auburn, Middle Tennessee as well.
