After deciding to bring back the much loved Angry Wave logo, photos of Tulane’s gray football helmets debuting the new logo recently emerged. The helmet is expected to be in use for the upcoming 2016 season.

Upon its release, the new logo-imbued helmet certainly had a unique mix of responses in regards to its mascot’s appearance. People had their own thoughts regarding the modified helmet, specifically in regards to its appearance.

That being said, some were certainly more enthusiastic about the logo’s appearance on the helmet, and sound as though they can’t wait to see the design make its way onto a football field.

Regardless of opinion, Tulane will certainly have a unique look all its own.
