Cooper Lovelace

When USC signed junior college transfer offensive lineman Cooper Lovelace, everyone knew the Trojans were getting a high-ceiling prospect with three years of eligibility remaining. What they might not have known is that he’s apparently one of the most flexible offensive linemen of all time.

Rated as the top junior college interior lineman in the transfer portal this offseason, Lovelace signed with USC this offseason. He provides the trojans immediate depth at the position and will likely compete for a starting role in the coming years.

At 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, you wouldn’t expect Lovelace to be anything close to a contortionist, but for his size, he’s remarkably nimble. He showed off that uncanny flexibility during USC’s team photo day, going down in full splits with ease and posing for photos.

After USC shared the video on Twitter, the college football world naturally had plenty to say of the offensive lineman’s splits.

This isn’t the first time Lovelace has gone viral for his flexibility. Before committing to USC, Lovelace posted a video on his own Twitter account showing the world what he means when he calls himself the “most flexible big man.”

At the time, the college football world was stunned by what they saw, with several media personalities reacting in awe of the 320-pound lineman’s dexterity.

It may be a while before we see him on the field, but he’s already making plenty of waves on social media.
