The San Diego State Aztecs avenged a regular season loss to Wyoming back in Laramie on Saturday night, wrapping up a  second straight Mountain West Conference championship as a result. That was a punch to the gut for Wyoming, but at least it’s better than a punch in the groin.

And that’s exactly what Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen received, courtesy of San Diego State defensive lineman Noble Hall. While coming in to celebrate the key sack by a teammate, Hall began falling to the ground, with Allen sitting on the ground below. Seemingly using some quick thinking to deliver a cheap shot, Hall extended his right arm and dropped his fist to the groin of the Wyoming quarterback:

Unbelievably, no penalty flag was thrown despite the referee standing right in front of the sequence. It might be safe to assume this incident will at least be reviewed by the Mountain West Conference before the bowl season.
