The NCAA Tournament favorite Villanova Wildcats trailed No. 5 seed West Virginia 60-54 with 11 minutes left in Friday night’s Sweet 16 action, but Villanova has really turned things up a notch since.

And there’s not a better highlight to show that than a sequence from Villanova big man Omari Spellman. The freshman made a volleyball spike-esque rejection on one end, before throwing down a vicious poster dunk on the other.

Also, Ian Eagle — calling the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight for the first time — is awesome.

Under three minutes later, Villanova continued the poster dunks, with this one coming from junior forward Eric Paschall:

Villanova absolutely dominated in the final 10 minutes and came away with a 90-78 victory to move on to the Elite Eight.
