The Turnover Chain and relatable items have been found on college football sidelines celebrating big plays over the last few years. And it seems that trend has carried over to college baseball.
The Virginia Tech Hokies have busted out the Home Run Hammer after cranking dingers this season. Virginia Tech showed off the Home Run Hammer multiple times on Sunday against North Carolina (albeit in what turned into a 9-6 loss), and the energy is incredible.

It’s like the entire team briefly turns into Thor!
Baseball is supposed to be fun, and that’s definitely very fun. Hopefully more teams bring out celebratory items going forward, but the Home Run Hammer will be hard to top.
