Washington won over No. 9 Arizona on this buzzer-beater Saturday.

Saturday was a tremendous day for upsets in college basketball, with fourth-ranked Duke, seventh-ranked Kansas, 12th-ranked Oklahoma and 21st-ranked Kentucky all losing to unranked teams during the day. At night, the ninth-ranked Arizona Wildcats joined them, falling 78-75 on the road to the Washington Huskies thanks to this Dominic Green buzzer-beater:

Arizona had the chance to take the lead on the free throw, but Washington rebounded well and set up a chance of their own. However, it looked like they were headed to overtime when 7’3” Wildcats’ center Deandre Ayton swatted Noah Dickerson’s inside shot away. The ball went right to Green in the corner, though, and while Emmanuel Akot tried to close him out, Green was able to rise up and hit the contested three. And that led to a wild celebration:

That’s a great win for the Huskies, and a tremendous shot by Green to give it to them. He finished with 14 points, but none were perhaps more impressive than this shot.
