On most days it has to be a great day to be a grounds keeper for the LSU Tigers baseball program. Sunny days, blue skies and overall nice weather are usually in the offing in Baton Rouge.

However, on Thursday night the rain came, and for one poor member of the LSU grounds crew that spelled trouble.

Well…that and a certain animal known simply as the tarp monster.

Not only did said LSU grounds crew member get bitten by the monster once, it happened over and over again as the crew looked to put the tarp down on the field as the rains came.

According to the @LSUTarpCrew (yes even they have a Twitter account), it was the poor gentleman’s first pull with the crew.

There were ways to make it a memorable event, and it appears this guy decided to go all SportsCenter “Not Top 10” upon his debut.
