It can be tough to come down with an interception with two hands, but Northwestern’s Kyle Queiro would not be denied against Indiana on Saturday. Queiro pulled down a terrific one-handed interception, partly because he only had the use of one hand.

Queiro’s left hand was taped up so much it acted as a cast, making his left hand unusable. After coming down with the interception, Queiro stood up, looked at his left hand and thought to himself, “Who needs this hand anyway?” Well, I mean, maybe that’s what he was thinking. Either that or, “Yeah, I did that! And you see this hand? I didn’t even need it!”

Big Ten fans will remember it was just a few weeks ago Michigan’s Jourdan Lewis had his own one-handed interception. This one might be more impressive.

Northwestern went on to beat Indiana, 24-14. The win moved the Wildcats to 3-1 in Big Ten play. That puts Northwestern in the Big Ten West championship discussion, although the one loss was against Nebraska, and the Wildcats head to Ohio State next week and host Wisconsin after that.
