Just a day away from the 2016 NFL Draft, the first round is finally coming into focus on which players teams value in round one and how the top 10 might shake out. After trades made the first two picks clear, the draft starts with the Chargers at third overall.

Paxton Lynch’s team options, top ten trades and how the playoff teams will value defensive linemen and receivers all are up for debate in this final mock draft.

  1. Los Angeles Rams – Jared Goff, QB, California

Whether or not Jared Goff is worth the first overall pick, the Rams’ current regime can’t afford for him to fail if they hope to keep their jobs. Case Keenum will likely get the opening day start, but Goff should be leading the team by the first few weeks.

  1. Philadelphia Eagles – Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State

Despite having Sam Bradford and likely hoping Chase Daniel can be a starter for this team in Doug Pederson’s offense, neither of those veterans are the answer long term for the Eagles. Wentz may get to sit most of his rookie year, which could be great news for the quarterback prospect who needs ample development.

  1. San Diego Chargers  – DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon

Deciding between Buckner, who I’ve heard is their top-ranked prospect, or one of the two top offensive tackles, the Chargers hold the keys to the 2016 NFL Draft right now. Their pick may not impact the Cowboys or Jaguars below them, but could have ripple effects beyond. I’ll stick with Buckner as the pick.

  1. Dallas Cowboys – Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida State

It seems highly likely that Jalen Ramsey will be the Cowboys’ pick, as he’s atop their draft board and fills their defensive back need. There’s still an outside shot that Ezekiel Elliott is under consideration, but it’d be a surprise if Ramsey isn’t their choice at No. 4.

  1. Jacksonville Jaguars – Myles Jack, OLB, UCLA

Whether or not the Jaguars passed Myles Jack’s physical isn’t exactly known, but I’ve heard enough to believe he’s still on their board. If that’s the case, he’s the easy pick. If not, Joey Bosa could be their man. Sleeper: Leonard Floyd.

  1. Baltimore Ravens – Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame

With Stanley and Tunsil still on the board, the Ravens will have their pick at their top offensive tackle. I’ve been told Stanley is atop their board, and he could solve their long-term left tackle need. I’d prefer Tunsil personally. This could also be a Paxton Lynch trade target.

Laremy Tunsil

  1. San Francisco 49ers – Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss

The 49ers covet top talents, and they’ll likely consider whichever top prospects slips to them. Joe Staley is 31 and has two more big-priced years on his contract, after which Tunsil can take over as the team’s left tackle. Paxton Lynch should be in the play here as well.

  1. TRADE: Atlanta Falcons – Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia

Leonard Floyd is going somewhere in the top 10, and if the Falcons truly do covet Floyd, they’ll need to move above the Giants to get him. The Browns want to move down, and Atlanta could ship a second-rounder to make this happen.

  1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State

It’s unlikely that he’s going to fall this far, but it’s difficult to find a spot for Bosa if he’s taken at fifth overall to the Jaguars. The Bucs covet pass rushers in this draft class, and they’d be thrilled to take Bosa here.

  1. New York Giants – Vernon Hargreaves, CB, Florida

If a top left tackle prospect is available or Leonard Floyd, they’ll likely go that route. But Hargreaves paired with Janoris Jenkins can give this secondary the overhaul they desperately need.

  1. TRADE: New York Jets – Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis

There’s a strong chance that Paxton Lynch goes in the top 10 picks, with the 49ers and Browns two likely suitors or potential trade-up teams. The Jets are still looking for a quarterback of the future, and getting above the Saints is needed to secure Lynch.

  1. New Orleans Saints – Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville

Rankins is one of the safer players in the draft, and the Saints are desperate for defensive help. While a quarterback or receiver would be a fun luxury pick, Rankins can be a plug-and-play starter.

  1. Miami Dolphins –  Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State

Miami covets Elliott (and Myles Jack), and could move up for either one if they should fall to 8 or 9. Elliott may get to 13 if the Browns and Bears pass, and Miami could find their feature back after letting Lamar Miller go.

  1. Oakland Raiders – Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State

Defensive lineman is certainly in play, including Robert Nkemdiche, but Eli Apple would be a perfect fit for the Raiders prototype and fills their better need.

  1. Tennessee Titans – Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State

Tennessee valued Laremy Tunsil similarly to Jack Conklin, which was part of the reason they traded down. Don’t be surprised if Tennessee moves up to secure him in the back end of the top 10. If they don’t go offensive tackle, Sheldon Rankins and A’Shawn Robinson could be the answer.

  1. Detroit Lions – A’Shawn Robinson, DT, Alabama

Detroit still values defensive linemen highly, and adding Robinson to aid Ezekiel Ansah and eventually replace Haloti Ngata. Offensive line and receiver could be in play as well for a Lions offense that still needs to support Matt Stafford.

  1. TRADE: Cleveland Browns – Connor Cook, QB, Michigan State

While I hope it isn’t the case, the Browns may value Connor Cook enough to be a first-round pick. The Bills have interest, and if the Browns want to secure Cook for Hue Jackson’s offense, they’ll need to get to 17.

  1. Indianapolis Colts – Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State

Indianapolis needs offensive line support and almost without question, they’ll take one at 18. They covet Jack Conklin, they’re cool with Decker as a left tackle and, as a dark horse, may consider Texas Tech’s Le’Raven Clark.

  1. Buffalo Bills – Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama

Buffalo has shown interest in quarterbacks, but I have to imagine Rex Ryan will continue to vouch for Tyrod Taylor as the team’s long-term quarterback. Instead, I’ll bank on Ryan pushing for defensive front-seven support. Reggie Ragland and Chris Jones of Mississippi State are the two to watch.

  1. TRADE: Chicago Bears– Robert Nkemdiche, DT, Ole Miss

The Bears have added defensive line talent in the last two drafts, but adding one of the draft’s top-tier talents can help this Bears defense rebuild. Chicago could also look for offensive help as well.

  1. Washington Redskins – Vernon Butler, DT, Louisiana Tech

Washington is going to go with a safer position group, and they value Butler and Alabama’s Ryan Kelly as two players worth this pick. Butler has Muhammed Wilkerson-like upside, and could go even higher than this if teams are confident he can reach that ceiling.

  1. Houston Texans – Will Fuller, WR, Notre Dame

Houston wants to add a receiver early in the draft, particularly a speed threat that can complement DeAndre Hopkins. While they could look offensive line or safety with this pick as well, Will Fuller is an ideal fit and is high on their draft board.

  1. Minnesota Vikings – Josh Doctson, WR, TCU

Minnesota needs a receiver to support Teddy Bridgewater’s development, and they’re not alone in highly valuing Josh Doctson as a top receiver prospect. While they could look for defensive support with this pick and add a receiver later, Docston is a perfect fit for Norv Turner’s offense.

  1. Cincinnati Bengals – Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss

Losing Mohammad Sanu and Marvin Jones in free agency created a huge need for the Bengals, and they’ll likely fill it with at least one draft pick and likely in round one. Treadwell paired with A.J. Green and Tyler Eifert can give Andy Dalton multiple options on third down.

  1. Pittsburgh Steelers – Karl Joseph, SAF, West Virginia

It’s highly likely the Steelers add a defensive back with this draft pick. Karl Joseph is high on their board and is a perfect fit for their defense and, now that he’s fully recovered from his injury, is a worthwhile value. Will Jackson of Houston could be an option as well.

  1. Seattle Seahawks – Le’Raven Clark, OT, Texas Tech

With no capable left tackles on the roster, the Seahawks need to find a capable starter in this draft. Le’Raven Clark isn’t viewed that way for many teams, but Seattle feels he’s worth a high draft pick.

  1. Green Bay Packers – Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama

With little starter-capable defensive line on the roster, the Packers can’t really afford to ignore the position in round one. My guess: They take either Reed or A’Shawn Robinson with the 27th pick, or bail on defensive line and go Reggie Ragland, if he’s available.

  1. Kansas City Chiefs – Will Jackson, CB, Houston

Even after adding Marcus Peters a year ago, the Chiefs still need cornerback support. Will Jackson could go as high as No. 14 overall due to his physicality and length, but I have my concerns about his ability to protect against vertical routes.

  1. Arizona Cardinals – Ryan Kelly, OC, Alabama

Despite not having top-tier athleticism, Ryan Kelly seems like a first-round lock and could go as high as the top 20. Arizona won’t let him slip past No. 29 and could use added offensive line support.

  1. Carolina Panthers – Emmanuel Ogbah, DE, Oklahoma State

Carolina needs cornerback support, but GM David Gettleman covets offensive and defensive line talent. Ogbah is perceived as a top-20 talent, and keeping their defensive line a strength would be wise. If not defensive end, cornerback or safety could be the pick.

  1. Denver Broncos – Keanu Neal, SAF, Florida

Denver needs a quarterback, but all signs point to the Broncos getting Colin Kaepernick at some point this offseason. After quarterback, safety is their biggest need and Keanu Neal, who was invited to the NFL Draft, is a likely first-round pick.
