Aaron Rodgers’ presence has been made rather quickly since being traded to the New York Jets.

As much as he’s going to enhance the offense, he’s already showing a shift in energy with the team.

That didn’t take long.

“I think just one word to describe it would be ‘blessed,’ Jets running back Zonovan Knight said on Good Morning Football. “You can definitely see a shift in how guys are approaching the game plan and kind of working in practice, pre-practice and post-practice.”

Knight said everything was flowing with the team and Rodgers has been extra present at meetings — even feeling as if the team has an additional coach on their side.

The young squad oftentimes had to pinch themselves knowing they have a 10-time Pro Bowler as a resource and play caller for their team.

Wide receiver Allen Lazard chose the Jets as his future home knowing he would have Rodgers throwing passes to him.

“It feels good that 12 is going to be my quarterback again,” Lazard said during his press conference.

It wasn’t just the young guys singing his praises either. Head coach Robert Saleh was in disbelief there was a chance Rodgers would be in a Jets uniform under his guidance.

There perhaps isn’t a better quarterback to take over those responsibilities than Rodgers. It shows he’s making an impact quickly.

Last month, Rodgers was traded by the Green Bay Packers along with a 2023 first-round and fifth-round pick. In exchange, the Packers received a 2023 first-round pick (No. 13), a 2023 second-round pick (No. 42), a 2023 sixth-round pick (No. 207) and a conditional 2024 second-round pick that becomes a first if Rodgers plays 65% of the plays this season.

Let’s be honest, the 65% will definitely happen.
