Florida Gators star Anthony Richardson put on a show at the NFL Scouting Combine Saturday as his draft stock continues to rise.

The quarterback set not just one, but two NFL scouting combine records. Richardson posted a vertical leap of 40.5 inches, and a broad jump of 10 feet, 9 inches, both records for QBs.

And then Richardson ran a 4.44-second 40-yard dash, the second-fastest time for a QB in combine history.

Those are all incredible feats from a player who is 6-4 and 244 pounds.

Several other quarterbacks, Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, and Will Levis, are more highly touted and are expected to be taken ahead of Richardson in the draft.

Yet Richardson’s draft stock continues to rise. A Las Vegas sportsbook recently noted his odds of being the No. 1 overall pick had improved from 80/1 to 8/1 in a matter of days.

NFL fans are definitely split on Richardson’s potential as an NFL quarterback.

Some think he’s an athletic freak who can’t miss, while one shrewdly noted, “If there’s one thing that defined Peyton, Brady, Rodgers, Montana, etc, it’s jumping straight upwards.”
