Say this much for the Denver Broncos: They led 6-3 at halftime of another boring game of Thursday Night Football against the Indianapolis Colts.

Quarterback Russell Wilson got roasted for his pre-game outfit. After throwing for a paltry 79 yards at halftime, Tony Gonzalez compared Wilson to Aladdin—somebody trying to be something he’s not.

Broncos fans booed their team on the field midway through the third quarter. That booing was audible when the Broncos attempted a field goal with the game tied 6-6. The Colts promptly blocked the attempt.

“As the Broncos are getting booed by their own home fans, the Colts block a field goal,” The Comeback wrote.

NFL fans were quick to join the dogpile:

“The Broncos fans booing the offense is becoming one of my favorite traditions,” wrote Mark Gunnels.

Broncos fans booing Russell Wilson? Kinda pathetic,” Vincent Frank wrote.

“Broncos fans seem to be in good Halloween sprit,” Joe Craig Jr. joked. “They are booing their tail off.”

“Denver crowd is booing the Broncos. Think about how awful the Colts [have] been in this game, and now consider how horrible the Broncos look that they are being booed,” Jason Hammer wrote.

The Broncos led the Colts, 9-6, at the start of the fourth quarter.
