Earlier this month, the NFL Players Association released its report cards on each of the league’s 32 teams, rating them on things like their weight room, training staff, and locker room. The Arizona Cardinals looked especially bad in the report, with news that the team even charged players for their meals on occasion. And after leaving the team, Byron Murphy had some pretty blunt things to say about the franchise.

Byron Murphy signed with the Minnesota Vikings this week, and in his first press conference after joining the team, he had plenty to say about how nice everything is in the Vikings facility and in their organization compared to the Cardinals.

“I can tell since I got here. Everything here is nice, I’m not gonna lie. Everything,” Murphy told reporters according to Sports Illustrated. “For me to come here and see – I would say time and effort into this building – from the players to the coaches to the people upstairs – it’s just a blessing to be able to come here and see that.”

Murphy was even asked about the team’s food situation, revealing that not only is the food covered by the team, but it’s also all-you-can-eat.

“I think it’s free, so I’m good now,” Murphy said. “It’s all-you-can-eat now.”

It’s safe to say he’s enjoying his new team.
