Heading into the fourth and final season of his rookie contract with the Dallas Cowboys, star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb will be facing contract negotiations with the team in the near future. But he doesn’t sound all that worried about it.

This week, CeeDee Lamb made it clear that he has delegated all of the business and contract talk to his agent so that he can remain solely focused on getting himself and his team ready for the upcoming 2023 NFL season.

“I told him he has full range,” Lamb said this week according to Pro Football Talk. “I just want the best of the best as far as the best for me and make sure everything is right. And when it’s right, just come let me know something. Other than that, I’m just going to keep working, keep building this bond with my guys, and when the time comes in September, we’re trying to start it off right.”

During his time with the Cowboys, Lamb has emerged as a legitimate star for the team, establishing himself as one of the more important young players on the Dallas roster. It will be interesting to see what kind of longterm deal he ultimately gets from the team.
