The Cincinnati Bengals have been trying to assemble a formidable offensive line to protect quarterback Joe Burrow ever since they selected their star quarterback with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. And if the team lands their top free-agent target, they will have a pair of absolutely massive offensive tackles to protect Burrow this upcoming season.

The Cincinnati Bengals brought in free agent offensive tackle Trent Brown for a visit this week as they look to replace Jonah Williams after he left the team to sign with the Arizona Cardinals. And if Brown does sign with the Bengals, it will give them some insane size at the tackle position, as Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic points out.

“If the #Bengals were to sign Trent Brown, their physical size at tackle would be comical even by NFL standards.

Orlando Brown: 6-8, 345
Trent Brown: 6-8, 360

Looking tough to find points in the paint against them in the NFL intramural hoops league (which needs to exist),” Dehner said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

This would obviously be insane news as the Bengals look to protect Burrow, and the NFL world had a lot to say about it on social media.

We’ll have to see if Trent Brown signs with Cincinnati.
