The Cleveland Browns have a quarterback room filled to the brim with veterans and young players alike. After last year’s opening week starter, Deshaun Watson, went down with an Achilles injury and suffered a setback in his recovery process.

The Browns traded with the Philadelphia Eagles for Kenny Pickett, signed veteran journeyman Joe Flacco in free agency, and drafted Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders.

Unfortunately, Pickett has been sidelined with a hamstring injury, and Gabriel just made an aboslutely brutal rookie mistake in training camp.

Fans reacted to the poor throw and decision on social media.

“Probably because he can’t see over the offensive line. I did not realize that dude was that short. Either that or Cleveland has one of the tallest O lines in the league,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

“The line is giving up a lot of pressure in every clip. Either the D-line is dominant or it won’t matter who is at QB,” someone else added.

“That was awful, Tillman was like 10 yards away and there was no zip on the ball. Did he think Cam Mitchell was a receiver?” one fan added.

If things keep trending this direction, it may come down to a two-horse race between Sanders and Flacco.
