Cowboys tattoo

Every year there’s a die-hard sports fan who takes his or her fandom to the next level: a predictive tattoo stating their team will win it all. Every now and then it works out, but more often than not, the fan in question is stuck with a horrendously false tattoo.

Back in early December, a Dallas Cowboys fan joined the cult of fans who got predictive tattoos.

With the Cowboys eliminated this past weekend, Garnett joined the less-exclusive cult of fans who got incredibly dumb and embarrassing tattoos.

The thing is, Garnett doesn’t want to stay in that group, so he’s trying to get out.

Oh Jordan, will you ever learn! Unless he wants to eventually go under the current “LII,” it looks like Garnett’s tattoo could look normal-ish through Super Bowl 53. After that, all bets are off.

The worst part about Garnett’s tattoo is it’s predicting over a year into the future. Typically, predictive tattoos are drawn up at the start of a season or during a playoff-run. This time around, Garnett is taking that to the next level by predicting something A YEAR PLUS IN ADVANCE. Super Bowl 52, won’t be played until wait for it… FEBRUARY 4, 2018! 2018!

Naturally, people were responding to Garnett’s tweet with questions as to why on Earth he would do this while also trolling him.

Best of luck Jordan. You might as well put a ton of money on the Cowboys too.
