Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin remains in critical condition but he has been steadily improving since his collapse last Monday night. During the Monday Night Football game between the Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals, Hamlin collapsed due to cardiac arrest and had to be resuscitated multiple times.
Since then, Hamlin woke up and is breathing on his own now that his breathing tube was recently removed. The public has shown love to Hamlin all week with various tributes and donating more than $8 million to his charity toy drive.
On Saturday, Hamlin took to Instagram and Twitter for the first time since his collapse and expressed his love and appreciation to those who have shown so much love to him over the week and told the public to continue to pray for him as he continues his recovery.
