Las Vegas Raiders star Davante Adams has made it quite clear as of late that he wants former teammate Aaron Rodgers to join him on the Raiders. He detailed after the Pro Bowl festivities on Sunday that he has started his official recruiting pitch for Rodgers.
Adams previously tweeted that Rodgers could move to his neighborhood if he were to join him in Las Vegas.
When asked to elaborate on that in a discussion with Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network, he detailed that he has been pitching the possibility of a reunion with Rodgers this offseason.
“Duh, why would anybody not do that,” said Adams when asked if he was recruiting Rodgers. “100 percent, that’s my guy. It may be wishful thinking, but we’ll see what happens.”

Adams and Rodgers played together for eight seasons in Green Bay, where the duo helped the Packers reach the playoffs six times.
There is a very clear need for a quarterback in Las Vegas after veteran quarterback Derek Carr was benched at the end of the season, and will almost certainly be traded or cut this offseason.
While this reunion between Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams feels like the most likely outcome, it is still a possibility that Rodgers may still retire this offseason.
If he does return to play football next season, it may be hard for Rodgers to pass up on teaming up with a former teammate and one of the best receivers in football.
