The San Francisco 49ers are back in the NFC Championship Game once again this season just one win away from a trip to the Super Bowl. And it sounds like superstar wide receiver Deebo Samuel is ready to do everything he can to push this team toward a victory and a spot on the NFL’s biggest stage in a couple of weeks.
During a press conference this week, Deebo Samuel acknowledged the team’s failures when they’ve reached this point previously, and he wants to do everything in his power to make sure they don’t fall short this year.
“A game like this, got to put everything on the line,” Samuel said, via NFL.com. “We’ve been here four out of the last five years. Three years, we fell short, and then one year, we fell short in the Super Bowl. It’s kind of like, what is it gonna take? I feel like we’ve got all the things that we need in this building. . . . It’s all hands on deck, and we know what’s at stake.”
We’ll have to see whether or not the Niners are able to get past the Detroit Lions and clinch another spot in the Super Bowl against either the Chiefs or the Ravens.
