So, the Nick Foles magical mystery tour might really be a thing.

The Eagles were 8.5 point underdogs in New Orleans today, but this is how they started the game:

That’s Cre’von LeBlanc picking off an uncharacteristically underthrown ball from Drew Brees with ease.

A few plays later, Foles capitalized, throwing up one of his trademark rainbow passes to a wide open Jordan Matthews for the first score of the game:

After another stop for the Eagles, Foles found Alshon Jeffery for a big gain down the sideline:

A solid run then set up this Nick Foles sneak TD:

And with that, the Eagles had spotted themselves a 14-0 lead on the road in a game most people expected to be not close in the other direction. But the Saints obviously have plenty of time, and we’ll get to see Drew Brees in full comeback mode now, too.
