Eagles Twitter

Plenty of franchises give away tickets to games on Twitter. The Philadelphia Eagles are just one of many. But after their ticket winner for Thursday night’s game against the New York Giants was announced, fans began to get suspicious.

Twitter user @YungYle took home the tickets. It’s not the first time he won.

He won on December 9th.

He won on November 25th.

He won on October 21st.

And he won on September 9th, all this season.

That’s five of the Eagles’ seven home games to date, and as another Twitter user notes, all five of those games had some sort of “special” circumstance to them.

PhillyVoice also notes that the fan won three times in 2015, three times in 2014, and once in 2013 (for the season finale).

So…what the hell is going on here? How can one fan win a Twitter giveaway 12 times over a 24 game period?

Twitter has theories.

So either….

A) The Eagles are incompetent, letting this guy win every ticket giveaway they do, and not restricting him.
B) The guy is winning every week because someone is tipping him off ahead of time.
C) There are no tickets to be given away when this guy wins.

No matter what the actual case is, the Eagles don’t come off looking great. They’re either idiots or liars, and I’m really not sure which one is worse.
