In a video published Monday by TMZ, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is seen pulling down a woman’s shirt at a St. Patrick’s Day event.

The video shows a woman pointing to her breasts and then gesturing toward someone off camera, before Elliott yanks her shirt. The woman acts surprised and quickly covers herself back up.

According to TMZ, a rep for Elliott, the NFL’s leading rusher in 2016, said the incident was “all in good fun” and that the woman “wasn’t upset” and hung out with the running back afterward.

Elliott was accused of domestic violence while in college at Ohio State, though no charges were ever filed.

In addition to the video of Elliott exposing the woman’s breast, TMZ also published another clip of the running back reaching for the same woman’s shirt again while being repeatedly swatted away.

Whether joking around or not, the woman clearly does not want Elliott to pull down her shirt or touch her breasts. And, as a rule, when a woman does not want you to pull down her shirt or touch her breasts, you should not pull down her shirt or touch her breasts.
